Which time zones do you cover?
I’m in West Africa Time (UTC+1). That overlaps fully with the UK and Europe working day and with mornings in North America, and I schedule calls around you.
How is IT support billed?
Ongoing support is billed at an hourly rate, as set out in the Terms & Conditions. Larger one-off jobs can be quoted as fixed projects.
Can you access our systems securely?
Yes. Remote work is done over secure channels, with access you control and can revoke at any time. Client data is kept strictly confidential.
